Delivery Information & Charges |

All orders received before 2pm are dispatched the same working day. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday.
Parcels ordered on the day before a public or bank holiday will be delivered on the next working day after the holiday. All deliveries are made by Parcelforce.
Deliveries will arrive between 9.00am and 6.00pm. All parcels will require a signature on delivery. In the event of no-one being at the delivery address please put special instructions in the box prvided when you place the order so arrangements can be made if you are not able to sign for the parcel, e.g leave with a neighbour.
Please note we do not deliver to PO box numbers.
We will do our utmost to make sure that all orders are fulfilled and delivered within the time frame specified but should events outside our control prevent this we will contact you by e-mail and arrange alternatives.
Delivery on the next working day is provided everywhere in the mainland United Kingdom (except on the Channel Islands and on certain Scottish offshore islands).

Here at Beer and Girfts Direct we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. At no time will we provide any information about you to third parties. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent. Only by signing up for our newsletter will you receive emails other than correspondence regarding your order. You have the option to remove your name from our mailing list at any time.
The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, telephone number and email address. We never collect sensitive, such as credit/debit card, information as we use Paypal.
We use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of our visitors. This includes the use of a ‘cookie’ which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Payments will appear as Beer and Gifts on your statement.
We will quite happily take orders over the phone with the use of a valid credit/debit card. Apologies but we do not accept cheques.

Returns Policy |

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order and wish to return it, or have received damaged or broken merchandise, please contact us by telephone to speak to a member of our sales team on 01704-569347, or email us at

All returns must be packaged to prevent damage. Send the merchandise using registered post or other secure method of delivery, retaining your receipt until you have received a credit for the return. Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you.
For unwanted goods, not damaged or faulty, we charge a restocking fee of between 10% - 50%, dependent on whether the goods are perishable, or received in an unsatisfactory condition. Both the despatch and return costs will be the customer’s responsibility. All goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase, otherwise we will not be able to refund you.
